Please fill this form out in its entirety with as detailed descriptions as you can possibly provide because this will be published in our monthly newsletter. Submissions missing pertinent information will be rejected, or returned to the registrant with a request for more information.

Cultivar Information

Has this cultivar been published in hard copy with descriptive information establishing the name?
Has this cultivar been released to the public?
Has this cultivar been patented, or is patent pending?
Has this plant been propagated, and maintains distinguishing characteristics?
Is this cultivar variegated

Please only upload high quality, full color photos with backgrounds that do not deter from the plant. Cultivars with blurry or black and white photos will be rejected.

  • Photos should be of an adult representable sample plant. Juvenile sample photos will not be accepted.

  • At least one photo of an inflorescence may be required if it is an it is an distinguishable characteristic.

  • If you do not have photos of the infructescence, and if it is not a distinguishing characteristic for this cultivar, please upload additional photos of the plant, leaves, or petioles in its place.
